MUDS Phase 1 in Unincorporated Harris County
TCEQ provides clarification that Municipal Utility Districts in Unincorporated Harris County are covered under Harris County's Phase 1 NPDES MS4 permit and should not seek Phase 2 TPDES coverage. -
